Recent Reviews Copper Star Coffee
- MEGHAN CUMA (3 months ago):
This place is AMAZING! Classic bagel breakfast sandwich, crispy thick bacon, and plenty of bagel options to choose from (I got the Eva). There is a drive through that works efficiently. All the staff are super friendly. I also got the iced Cubano coffee which was AMAZING (and came highly recommended). They also do a punch card for free coffee! Canât wait to come back.

6 out of 5 stars! We were originally drawn to this coffee shop by one of the other reviews saying the bagels would satisfy a New Yorker's craving. I'll be the judge of that, I (a native New Yorker) thought. And Copper Star did not disappoint! The photo shows a hummus & roasted veggie filling on a toasted "Frankenstein" (everything + jalapeño and cheddar) bagel. The bagel was light and fluffy on the inside, with a nice bite on the outside. To be sure, they put their own stamp on the classic recipe (no, I don't bake enough to know what it was exactly), but it was delicious and really scratched the bagel itch. The coffee and tea options were also terrific. That's a "Banana Stand" in the photo - a combo of coffee, mocha and banana - and yes, yum! The other photo is the espresso oat cookie - one of at least a dozen different equally tempting bakery options. It did not last long, either. :) The service was friendly, and the outdoor patio was just perfect. One of the folks at the counter mentioned that Copper Star is coming up on their 20th anniversary. Not surprising. Here's to 20 more years!

I ordered an iced pistachio latte which I enjoyed! They have an impressive list of flavor options and the employee who rang us up was super nice! Their shop is great to sit and chitchat with a friend. The bathroom was a little concerning, but it's possible I went in immediately after a messy customer. I can absolutely see why people like this coffee shop!

Just came here for the first time today! The girls here are so sweet and personable. Truly such a great team they have here. My chai was the best iâve had in the valley. And our barista recommended the Frankenstein bagel which was something i will be craving on the regular. This place absolutely checks all the boxes.

This place is 10/10 - the people, vibe, aesthetics. My boyfriend likes going to coffee places to find the best cappuccino and he rates theirs at 8.7/10 - had a really nice foam on top (couple of inches) and it was smooth. We also tried the huckleberry latte (hot) and it was both our favorite. The huckleberry wasnât too overpowering, just perfect! Came here around 10am on a Saturday and although it seemed like it was crowded, we got our order fast and there were seats available. We spent 16$ plus tip for 3 drinks. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Love this place, has so much character!

A small indoor space, but great atmosphere, wifi and access to outlets. Frankenstein bagel was fun, but the jalapeno-cheddar half was my favorite so I'd probably just get that next time. Also had the pesto cream cheese and Aztec mocha which were both good, but I'd probably try something different next time.

I had been here a few times for coffee but finally tried the bagels (and the drive thru - so convenient!) and was blown away. Probably the best bagel Iâve ever had and love the vegan cream cheese options. You can tell they are fresh and homemade. Great and friendly service always. 10/10 recommend for your breakfast needs!

Solid Coffee/breakfast bagel sandy shop, we had the Bacon Egg cheese on Jalapeno bagel- great choice. Building is an old gas station. Very unique! Check them out
